| /bind MWHEELUP "+forward; wait 2; -forward" /bind MWHEELDOWN "+back; wait 2; -back"
Then you can use your mouse wheel to make small movements. Scrolling up makes you move slightly forward, and scrolling down makes you move slightly backward.
The idea of doing a crouch-stand elevator is to get to the exact spot that separates where you are able to stand and where you can't. So to do an elevator, run up against the wall, then crouch. Then scroll one click forward. Now you can't stand. Then rotate 45 degrees and scroll back once or twice until you can stand again. When you do stand, then scroll forward once at that same exact angle. Repeat for a greater angle, all the way up to 90 degrees. When you are at 90 degrees and find the spot where you can almost stand but not quite, when you try to stand you will elevate up. | |

| I've never done an elevator without binds except for at one specific location (at District near the well). neVar taught me it. There you crouch on a windowsill and sprint into the edge of it facing the correct angle until you fall off. When you fall off, your stand is not blocked, and you elevate. In general, I would say you need an extreme amount of luck to do an elevator without small movement binds UNLESS it is some kind of sprint elevator as I mentioned above. | |

| not sure how you would turn them off. but you could always rebind them with something different as a work-around
maybe something like this would work:
/unbind key | |
