New name, ip, and rules for fourth server

The fourth server's ip address as of 07/22/14 is 66.55.154.14

sc Blades and Bounces (Knife Only)

Due to knife only being one of my favorite styles of gameplay and since several other people have been showing interest in knife only as well, I am making the main theme of the server knives only.

If everyone in the server agrees on another type of gameplay style at the time being, such as bolts only or pistols only or regular FFA, that's allowed. But the default gametype is knives only. I'm going to leave voting on for now unless people start to abuse it.

Default rules:
1. Knives only
2. No flashes, stuns, or frags
3. No air support
4. No claymores or C4
5. No using mounted machine guns
6. The use of glitches is allowed

As always: no swearing, no recruiting, no spawn camping, and be respectful to other players and admins

I would also like to add this guideline: please go to spectator mode before going away from keyboard

I wish there were a way to make nades not blow up. So you could just have people throwing them and trying to hit each other lmao. would be good for a server like this
