HOTGRILL...LAST COUNT 12 MAGS OF AMMO

I WATCHED THIS PLAYER...for one game...he has 14 mags of ammo... un im not sure what the count is for bandolier does anyone know..however he had a bot as well I believe...altho I cant record on this server ..
I,M STILL WAITING ON ONE OF THE TEK GUYS TO HAVE A CHAT TO..SO MAYBE WE CAN TEAMVIEW AND SET THIS STUFF UP FOR ME..

Lol, laughing so hard right now, yes badger it was bandoiler, you can also pick up ammo in the game. A lot of players on the server are just mad they get dumpstered by someone with 350 ping. If you really think im sus crow, record me and i will gladly go through the replay with you, to help clear things up. The bot you are talking about is how I use my mouse, even if I used a bot it would work terribly on 350 just for the record.

I would also appreciate you not harassing me every time I'm on Badger, 'no excessive whining' IS a rule on the server.

I have not played with, against or observed HOTGRILL in action but I have noticed on occasion that after dying and running over the same spot I hear an ammo click and then seem to have something like twice the ammo in my bandolier.

Could this phenomenon contribute to his appearing to have extra mags?

I saw him play once. To me it just seemed like advanced tactics, not cheats.

He uses bandolier, which puts the gun's ammo at the max capacity when you spawn. For instance if you are using an AK you start with 180 ammo instead of 60. Any time you are not at max ammo capacity for a gun and you walk over a gun that uses the same type of ammo, you pick the ammo up regardless of if you pick the gun up. (On search and destroy this can give your position away by making a sound when you accidentally walk over ammo). You can even possibly pick up ammo from other gun types, for instance, an MP5 sub-machine gun can pick up ammo from an M9 pistol.

From my experience playing against "HOT GRILL" They play at a decent level, but nothing that marks a red flag.  Just seems like a slightly above average player in my eyes (and has displayed some command/cfg knowledge in another topic). I will continue to watch though, since there may be some gameplay conflicts for this player. I'll keep posted.

Also, anti-lag is enabled on the servers so your ping isn't really a factor in the server. Higher ping players tend to have the advantage when anti-lag is enabled.

The advantage you are talking about is about comparing someone with say 30 ping to someone with 100 ping , With high ping (250+) in some instances it can give you an advantage but the bad outweighs the good, you end up with bad hit registration etc, sniper is 1,000 times harder to use etc. You constantly get pulled back in places where you thought you went past. In any circumstance I would much prefer a lower ping over a high ping regardless of server settings.

Your knowledge sounds useful and guessing that since your ping is around 300 (or near that) I take it you have 1.7 promod experience?



on a side note, this person also shows respect while in the server, from my experience at least.

I did play promod 1.7 for some time but never played it competitively aside from a few scrims and lans. I did however play counter strike 1.5 (Yep 1.5, not 1.6) competitively for some money (not a lot though) in local tournaments here in Perth Western Australia when I was 14-16, again nothing that was really known, (I'm 21 atm). So I do have a lot of experience regarding where people are etc, I don't even use sound anymore, this upsets people that use uav jammer against me a lot when i just guess where they are and can be seen as cheats, maybe i will try to livestream some time so people can see my perspective, but i doubt my net can handle it.

I do try to show respect, although I have to admit it gets on my nerves sometimes when people accuse me of cheating since it happens every time I'm on without fail. I always get the usual "NO ONE CAN DO THAT WELL WITH 300 PING, UMUSTBEHAX" comment, which is flattering but also annoying as hell.

Haha, the thing where I commented about where I see you have respect is a player called me out one day in the TDM when I was playing under alias watching the server, etc. You comment that maybe they should apologize, etc. Like I said though, that's what I've experienced so far.

And Counter-Strike recoil is the yummiest thing in the world. xd
