| You are correct, it is not cheating. It is tweaking, and doesn't lend to fair game play in any sense. The true test is same machines on LAN with stock configs. Otherwise, its just who can get the bigger video card and find tweaks on the internet. That has nothing to do with skill.

| Then I should be the worst player here, lol. I have an old Dell computer I bought from work that is fairly old now. I don't know very much about computers so I just bought an out of date rig they sold me for $75. Here are some of the stats on it. I put the video card in and added some RAM and a hard drive.
